Rules of the House

1. RESPECT THIS HOUSE LIKE IT'S YOURS (Only Better).
2. No shoes in the house.
3. NO SMOKING in the house, all smoking done outside no littering outside with your buds.
4. Don't take anything that doesn't belong to you.
5. The red switches control outdoor lights make sure they are off when going to bed.
6. Be respectful and considerate after midnight.
7. You must recycle paper and cans into a separate container.
8. Garbage is picked up every Thursday; please make sure you leave it outside on Wednesday night.
9. Turn off all electrical appliances when not in use; please let's keep the house energy consumption under control and please leave the lights off at night.
10. Please report if something is broken or fix it yourself.
11. Don't touch anything dealing with the Audio / Video system.
12. Use the fireplace with caution as well as the Bone fire pit.
13. No candles of any kind or incense.
14. No Strangers in the house, if you bring someone to the house and they steal you replace.
15. NO USE OF SNOWMOBILE unless you sign a waiver.
16. Leave the house temperature when you leave at 60F degrees in all rooms.
17. Lock all doors before you leave the house.
18. NO PETS unless permission granted by management.
19. You must sign a waiver to use the hot tub.
